What are the check-in, check-out, and house rules?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, with reception open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM (let us know in advance if arriving outside these hours). All guests must be 18+. You get 24/7 building access with no curfew, though quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
What comes with my bed, and what do I need to bring?
Every bed includes clean sheets, privacy curtains, hanging hooks, and standard power outlets (international guests will need a US adapter). Bathrooms are communal and gender-segregated. Bring your own towel and locker padlock, or purchase them at reception. Bed-sharing is not permitted.
What facilities and dining options are available?
While there is no guest kitchen, we have an on-site cafe, a basement lounge, a rooftop, a co-working space, paid self-service laundry, and $1/page printing. We also offer elevator access, hairdryers for rent, and luggage/oversized storage.
What are your payment, stay, and group booking policies?
We accept cash, credit cards, and contactless payments, with all taxes already included in your rate. Stays are allowed up to 28 nights max. We do not offer formal group bookings, but large rooms can be booked together based on availability. Inquire directly for work-exchange opportunities.
Is there parking, and are pets or smoking allowed?
Parking is available via nearby paid street spots and public garages. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly restricted to designated outdoor areas.
